Want to become a new customer? It's as easy as 1-2-3.
Fill out our Customer Application Form and send it to sales@perfume-center.com or fax to (516)576-1313.

You must have a TAX ID. (US Customers only)
A federal tax identification number is a nine-digit number assigned specifically to you that identifies your business to the government. (No Tax ID needed except if shipping within New York State)

You must arrange for your own shipping.
We are not responsible for shipment of our merchandise. We have a few shippers we can recommend or you can provide your own.
