1) DATA ANALYST –  02/01/2017

We are seeking for a Data Analyst to join the Business & Supply Chain Systems IT organization in Ronkonkoma, NY. As we want to develop our in-house Analytics, we want someone to develop insights, algorithms and data products through statistical modeling and machine learning that support decision making. You will be working with our datasets from sales level and creating your own datasets from our WMS (Warehouse Management System) to analyze and create insights on efficiency of our operations. You should be highly motivated, results- driven and should have excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
  • Experience in SQL or other query languages.
  • Experience in Python, R. Great if have programming experience.
  • Understanding of Statistics and machine Learning techniques.
  • Great with data visualization- R Graphics, Tableau.
  • Strong organizational and time Management skills.

2) OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE ENGINEER – 05/01/2016

Job Description: 

We are currently seeking for an O&M Engineer at our facility in Ronkonkoma, NY. The responsibilities may include defining and analyzing problems, while also conducting and narrowing research to find solutions and make necessary decisions. Most of this engineer’s time is spent on researching, locating, applying, and transferring information. Operations and Maintenance (O&M) position is a formulated plan of training, cleaning, work practices, and surveillance to maintain building in good condition while making sure of the wellbeing of its occupants. This position makes sure that the company’s operations are performed properly while meeting the organizational and management specifications. These engineers handle any repairs or upgrades to the machinery and coordinate with other department heads to fine-tune their operations systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for company owned conveyor system, solar panels, HVAC system and different kinds of machines and building mechanical systems.
  • Initiates development and troubleshooting for conveyor system by adapting new or existing techniques to meet company requirements.
  • Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operations through the means of BMS BACnet system
  • Lead the engineering effort supporting maintenance team, renovation and repair projects for the existing facility.
  • Ability to learn and use facility management systems through programming to provide quick response and risk guarantee management.
  • Perform computer simulation of solar photovoltaic (PV) generation system performance or energy production to optimize efficiency. Monitoring solar I-V curve using graphical representation on daily basis.
  • Analyses new materials and equipment invoice to improve the current engineering practices for efficiency, while also optimizing cost management so that the overall cost stays under the budget
  • Analyze and preparing all the company related all short term and long term maintenance strategies.
  • Performs all the preventive maintenance procedures on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Analyzes company’s electrical usage in order to cope up the savings produced due to the usage of solar panels to track the payback time of the investment made on the solar installations, while also Conducting company’s annual energy audit to analyze the overall energy usage, so that the recommended improvements can be made to utilize the energy efficiently

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering or energy management, and also background in electronic components is a plus
  • Ability to work in cross departmental atmosphere
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills to communicate with all the levels of employees.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office, and statistical programming software
  • Excellent design/drafting skills in Solid works, AutoCAD 2010 or later
  • Conveyor design and implementation experience is very helpful, with backgrounds in PLC’s and electronics circuits

3) Business System Analyst: – 02/01/2017

Job Description: 

As a business system Analyst at Perfume center of America , you will define the business requirements and software solutions needed to resolve business-related problems and to met strategic organizational goals. In this role you will support efforts to design, implement, and support new and existing custom-built business applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies,defines, records, and communicates user and functional requirement for development and enhancement of software solutions for the business
  • Prepares and maintains high-quality documentation,including procedures, system specifications, technical documentation, computer  training materials, and user manuals in compliance with company polices, standards, and records management best practices.
  • Work with  development team to implement functional requirements
  • Assists QA teams in the development of integration and UAT plans
  • Deliver  functional design document, including the SDLC (requirement gathering and analysis, design, testing,deployment and plan support maintenance).

Job Description: 

We are currently seeking an Industrial Engineer at our facility in Ronkonkoma, NY. Requires knowledge in lean concepts, operations management and warehouse management techniques. Requires ability to work in multi-departmental atmosphere. Requires analysis and documentation of the data for continuous process improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify bottle necks in the processes with in the facility, analyze the problem and suggest changes to achieve continuous process improvement.
  • Perform financial analyses on inventory data to identify the areas of improvement, make reports and set MOQ’s and EOQ’s based on the reports.
  • Develop work methods, process improvement, ergonomic workstation designs and document process methods.

5) CONTROLS ENGINEER : – 05/10/2017

Job Description: 

We are currently seeking an Controls Engineer at our facility in Ronkonkoma, NY. The Controls Engineer will provide engineering techniques to design, develop, and maintain control systems. They are expected to develop and modify existing PLC or HMI applications, interfaces, or embedded controls. In addition, they will troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions and make recommendations that will improve efficiency or quality of operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to develop PLC and HMI applications to meet specifications.
  • Participate in set-up and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades of existing equipment and facilities.
  • Develop electrical schematics and layouts in AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Troubleshoot issues with existing installations and make recommendations to improve operations.
  • Develop Electrical Bill of Materials.
  • Effectively document specifications and operating procedures.
  • Design, installation, and programming of vision and/or motion control systems.
  • PLC programming, familiar with Allen-Bradley and Siemens type of PLCs.
  • Support the startup of new equipment and ensure on electrical production equipment.
  • Design and program automated systems (simple or complex) on different types of PLCs and operator interfaces (HMI).

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronics and Communication Engineering.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical preferred
  • Knowledge of industrial controls specifically: Allen Bradley based PLCs.

6) SOFTWARE DEVELOPER : – 09/02/2018

We are currently seeking an Software Developer at our facility in Ronkonkoma, NY. The Software Developer would be responsible for maintaining all our client web application related requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the client’s needs to take part and assist decision making team in taking crucial technical decisions to provide solutions for the business challenges.
  • Independently identify new ideas for each piece of application then customize and integrate new commercial software packages and to resolve complex technical design issues.

7) Supply Chain Analyst – 09/02/2018

Job Description: 

We are looking for a confident and courageous “Supply Chain Analyst” to join our team and support our supply chain management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategic planning and execution of all external product spend and develop a global sourcing strategy – including launch of new distribution operations in new regions/countries.
  • Collect and analyze various perfume, skincare and cosmetics offers from different suppliers, gather data and analyze with various methodologies and MS GP Dynamic, present findings and make purchasing recommendations.
  • Gather and analyze supply chain data such as forecasts, freight costs, manufacturing costs, capital requirements, and production capacity to develop supply chain models.
  • Operate shipping bidding system and use the knowledge of international logistics rules to choose the best shipping methods.
  • Facilitate project discussions with distribute brand vendors such as Air Val, Kate Spade, Mercedes Benz, Ferrari, etc. with PMO group to determine the budget restrictions for the projects and marketing projection for next season.
  • Oversee various perfume project from starting to finish including communicating with marketing department, changes with manufacture, contract details with retailers, managing POs and delivery.
  • Develop the business relationship with Asian clients from preparing manufacture paper trail, negotiating contract, discussing product selection and managing logistic documents & shipping methods.
  • Prepare and initiate meetings with internal/external Supply Chain & Accounts Payable teams to resolve stock related remittances.
  • Prepare and attend ASD (Affordable Shopping Destination) Market Convention, negotiated and built business relationship with new suppliers and clients.
  • Negotiate with manufacture and suppliers to build long-term business relationships and maintain competitive cost.

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer at our facility in Ronkonkoma, NY. The Mechanical Engineer will provide engineering techniques to design, re-design, making a layout, and maintain Conveyor system, HVAC system and Fire system. The purpose of this position is also any maintenance activity as well as any preventive and proactive maintenance necessary for the different sub-system. This position makes sure that the company’s operations are performed properly while meeting the organizational and management specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Makes various calculations such as strength of materials, weights, simple forces and stresses using chart and tables as required.
  • Originates and develops complex designs of conveyor system including the adaptation or existing designs in order to meet company Requirements.
  • Perform root cause analyses to identified issues and define the optimistic solution to optimize performance and increase efficiency of operation.
  • Analyse HVAC systems and equipment using Autodesk REVIT and AutoCAD when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.
  • Perform load calculations using mechanical engineering formulas and skills for design such as Heating and Cooling loads, equipment sizing, etc.

  • Manage the start-up procedures and documentation.

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements.
