Analyse HVAC systems and equipment using Autodesk REVIT and AutoCAD when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.
Perform load calculations using mechanical engineering formulas and skills for design such as Heating and Cooling loads, equipment sizing, etc.
Perform computer simulation of solar Photovoltaic (PV) generation system performance or energy production to optimize efficiency and Monitoring solar IV curve using graphical representation on daily basis.
Analyse fire detection system include with Wet pipe systems, Dry pipe systems, Deluge systems, Pre-action systems, Standpipes, Fire hydrants with respect to check fire hazard level in that area.
Conduct market research, stay on top of trends, and sell fine and specialty perfume within a targeted Customer.
Manage the start-up procedures and documentation.

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering

Knowledge in Microsoft office (Project, power point, excel, word, etc.)

Job Description

Maintain good relations with contract manufacturing organizations (CMO) and ensure timely supply of products in accordance with Materials Requirements planning.
Utilize Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) to ensure that data is accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with cross functional teams like Quality, IT and track deliverables.
Effectively analyze inventory levels to minimize inventory days of supply (DoS) and minimize inventory carrying costs to meet the Operation’s annual operating plan (AOP).
Work with Procurement Team to ensure inventory meets the demands and expedite/de-expedite materials to prevent shortages/overages.
Maintain and update master files [items, vendors, etc.] including new item setup.
Measure and monitor inventory levels and communicate the data to prevent stockouts.
Should be able to moderate and enact changes to supply chain in order to satisfy the demand requirements.
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trend.
Identify slow-moving inventory and initiate supplier returns and work cross-functionally to devise ways to sell through the inventory.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of inventory management, CMO management, manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial & systems Engineering, supply chain management.
APICS certification a plus.
Knowledge in demand management, purchasing, and cost accounting techniques.
